Erin Beasley, Keynote Speaker

Erin, originally from Jacksonville, FL, earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Auburn University in Meat Science. Since 2010, Erin has enjoyed working on behalf of the state’s beef cattle producers serving in a variety of roles for the Alabama Cattlemen’s Association. In 2017, Erin was promoted to Executive Vice President, which oversees all operations of the association and leads governmental affairs for the association in Montgomery and Washington D.C. She holds numerous leadership roles including President of the Alabama Agribusiness Council, Vice President of Alabama FFA Foundation and a Vice President for Auburn University Agricultural Alumni Club. Erin and her husband Chad have a commercial cattle and hay operation in Notasulga, AL. They have a son, Hunter and a daughter, Tatum.

Hailey Partain, Livestock Management

Hailey has been in Georgia for just over 8 years. She works as the Upson County Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension Agent, as well as the County Extension Coordinator for Upson County. Her background is animal sciences, where she travels around educating on beef production, meat science, small ruminant management, and forages.

She is a Georgia Cattlemen’s, Georgia Cattlewomen’s and American National Cattlewomen’s member. She currently serves as the Georgia Cattlewomen’s President, and is one of the Georgia State BQA Coordinators, along with sitting on numerous local, state, and national boards and committees (i.e. Soil and Water Boards, UGA HERD Program, UGA Forage Team, Farm Bureau, etc).

Her passion is to educate youth and adults over the agriculture industry in any capacity, but really enjoys hands-on experiences. She was pivotal in co-developing the GCWA Cattle Educational Trunks which get educational materials out to the masses over the cattle industries. She is also known for the Kids Cattle Camp, that was developed to combat the COVID disconnect that happened to many youth, in all communities. This one-day camp showcases the cattle industries in a hands-on (get dirty) way.

She spends her free time with her family, husband Nathan and daughter Ella, which are her greatest blessings.

Julie Hardy, Soils

Julie, her dad and brothers are partners in a 5th generation row crop farming operation in Southwest Georgia. They grow 4000 acres of cotton, peanuts, corn, soybeans, and wheat. They also have a small beef cattle herd.

She is an active member of Georgia Farm Bureau. Served on Georgia’s state Women’s Leadership Committee for 3 years. Was the state WLC chair for 2025 and served on the state Board of Directors as part of her role. In January of 2026, she was elected to the American Farm Bureau WLC as one of two Southern Region Representatives.  She also serves as her county’s Vice President and Legislative Chair. She is a graduate of AFBF’s Women’s Communications Bootcamp, Fall of 2023 class. She was also recognized as a 2024 GO Teamer of the Year, and her state’s district 2024 Volunteer of the Year. In November of 2024 she was honored to travel with several other Southern Farm Bureau members to Germany for numerous farm tours and visits with German farm organizations. Outside of Farm Bureau, she is also active in her local high school’s ag education program as a member of their advisory boards, and a member of the current class of the University of Georgia’s leadership program: Advancing Georgia’s Leaders in Agriculture, Forestry, and Veterinary Medicine.

Jenny started her farm in 2007 after getting her degree in horticulture from UGA and then working at Callaway Gardens vegetable garden. She and Chris went on to apprentice on small organic farms in Hawaii and in Douglasville Georgia. She and her husband Chris and four full-time employees grow a diverse variety of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and cut flowers on 6 acres using organic methods.

The main outlet for their produce is a CSA program which stands for community supported agriculture. About 200 members sign up each season to get a share in seasonal produce. The farm shares are delivered to La Grange, Columbus, Auburn and members can also pick up on Farm in Pine Mountain.

The farm also sells to a few local restaurants, including Impact 360 and Iron Horse Grill.

Recently a self serve farm stand has been added as an outlet, where customers can shop for produce and flowers from the farm along with other locally made foods like sourdough breads, pimento cheese, mushrooms, jams, yogurt, herbal teas/ tinctures, tallow skin care products and granola. The farm stand is open Wednesday through Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
